We place instructional designers, learning experience designers and lead designers into your team for a defined project window. You get named people, an agreed weekly capacity and a delivery lead who stays accountable for quality. It is capacity inside your process, not a project outsourced to a black box and returned as a finished file.
A marketplace hands you a profile and leaves the screening, quality and continuity to you. A recruiter fills a permanent seat and charges a placement fee. We keep a screened bench, run a paid pilot task before anyone joins your programme, and replace a designer at our cost if the fit is wrong. If someone becomes unavailable, backfill comes from the same bench rather than a fresh search.
For a standard instructional design role, usually five to ten working days from a signed requirement. Niche technical profiles, such as an AI or data engineering designer, take two to three weeks. Larger pods of three or more designers are staffed in waves so the first people start while the rest are being screened.
Yes to both. Engagements run on a notice period agreed at contracting rather than a fixed minimum term. If you want to hire someone permanently, we have a conversion arrangement that is set out up front. Work in progress is handed over with source files and a status note so nothing stalls when a designer rolls off.
That is the default. Designers onboard into your style guide, authoring tools, review workflow and project tracker before they touch a deliverable. Where you have no house standard yet, we can bring ours and hand it over as your own. Output belongs to you and carries your brand.

A delivery lead reviews output against your standard rather than leaving the client to catch problems.
