Executive Summary

A global tech education provider partnered with a major financial institution in mid-2023 to train 25 fresh graduates. These new hires were sharp and motivated but had no background in Salesforce or enterprise CRM systems.

The goal was straightforward: prepare them to work on active projects within a short onboarding period. The bank needed to close skill gaps quickly to avoid delays and improve how teams used CRM tools for day-to-day decisions.

Objective: From Freshers to Salesforce Developers in Just 6 Weeks

The primary goal of the program was to deliver comprehensive, fast-tracked training in Salesforce, specifically tailored to the banking sector. But beyond just knowledge transfer, the goal was to instill the confidence, context, and capability to perform in a high-stakes, real-time environment.

Key objectives included:
