Use Case: Internal employee upskilling for a major banking institution
Ironhack is a globally recognized tech education provider known for accelerating careers in software development, data, UX/UI, and now enterprise tools like Salesforce. In mid-2023, they partnered with a large financial institution to onboard a cohort of 25 freshers. These young professionals were bright and motivated, but had little to no background in Salesforce or enterprise CRM systems.
The challenge was clear: transform these fresh recruits into job-ready Salesforce professionals—capable of handling real client projects—within a tight 6-week window. The urgency was driven by the bank's need to reduce project delays caused by skill gaps and improve CRM-related decision-making across teams.
Objective: From Freshers to Salesforce Developers in Just 6 Weeks
The primary goal of the program was to deliver comprehensive, fast-tracked training in Salesforce, specifically tailored to the banking sector. But beyond just knowledge transfer, the goal was to instill the confidence, context, and capability to perform in a high-stakes, real-time environment.
Key objectives included:
➡️Bridging technical gaps that were causing delays in CRM-driven decision-making
➡️Creating familiarity with enterprise-level Salesforce configurations
➡️ Simulating real-world scenarios, so learners could transition smoothly into client workstreams
➡️Accelerating onboarding so freshers could contribute meaningfully to active projects
The challenge? These learners were complete beginners. The stakes? High-pressure, real-world banking projects. Our solution? A Salesforce Bootcamp designed to simulate and solve real client challenges from Day 1.

✔️ Adaptive Delivery: Adjusted in real-time based on learner comprehension and project needs.
✔️ Live Mentorship: Personalized Q&A, 1:1 doubt-clearing, and emergency support during live project work.
